Monica L. Maple has significant experience in estate planning, elder law, probate, guardianships and business transactions and planning. Her practice focuses on helping clients and their families plan for the future, whether that be with the simple estate plan, a complex trust, special needs trust or Medicaid planning. Monica has a heart for assisting our senior saints and disabled loved ones. She works closely with hospice organizations in helping patients/clients plan for end of life issues. Monica assists families in navigating through the probate or trust administration process after the death of a loved one. She also assists clients with guardianships of minors and disabled and/or incapacitated adults.
Monica is married to Aaron, and they have two sons, Blake and Carson.

Paul Crocker
Paul D. Crocker is experienced with estate planning, probates, elder law and business transactions. His practice focuses on assisting clients plan for uncertainties with wills, revocable trusts, LLCs, special needs trusts and Medicaid planning. Prior to joining Maple Law, Paul worked for many years as a tax attorney. Paul brings this in-depth knowledge of tax law to his estate planning and probate work to ensure clients’ hard-earned assets are well protected from taxation, creditors and governmental agencies. He also devises business strategies to effect growth and tax avoidance, and passionately represents clients in contested probate and guardianship cases.
Paul is married to Lauren.

Rhiannon K. Baker helps individuals, couples and families navigate issues surrounding estate planning, probate, and elder law. She also assists clients with guardianships of minors and incapacitated adults. She strives to explain procedures to enable clients to confidently make decisions and help them understand what their choices are. Prior to joining Maple Law, Rhiannon worked in civil litigation for 13 years and now uses that advocacy experience in representing clients in contested cases. She also has a strong foundation in legal research and writing.
Rhiannon is married to Mike, and they have two daughters, Kennedy and Sydney.
