Contacting us through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send through it is not privileged. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive details until we have agreed in writing to represent you. If a matter is urgent, telephone us instead.

When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, email address and message you enter. We use those details to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry.

Online payments are handled off this site by LawPay. When you follow a payment link you leave this website, and the information you enter there is governed by LawPay’s own terms and privacy policy. We never receive or store your full card or bank details.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet our professional and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted. Server logs and aggregate analytics are kept for a short period on a rolling basis.
